Kristina Baurschmidt is a German attorney-at-law and certified specialist lawyer in construction and architecture law with over 24 years of experience advising domestic and international clients in the field of real estate and engineering & construction projects.
After serving as a partner at leading international law firms for almost 20 years, she founded BridgeLaw. Kristina advises investors, project developers, industrial corporates and family offices on complex transactions, project developments, engineering & plant construction projects as well as legal asset management.
